Our Journey

How We Meet

In the summer of 2014, this couple’s story began when they first crossed paths while working as freelancers at PRJ Kemayoran. Strangely, during that first year, nothing blossomed between them. Yet, as if fate had already written their story, they were brought together once more in 2015 at the very same event. This time, they were placed in the same booth, and their hearts found one another. On July 16, 2015, their love story officially began—a journey that has flourished and endured for nine beautiful years, proving that some connections are simply meant to be.

He Proposed, I Said Yes

The proposal took place on the breathtaking Mount Prau, during the golden hour leading into dusk on August 26, 2023—just one day before Ricky’s birthday. It was their first-ever mountain hike together, and as it turned out, they both fell in love with the experience of climbing mountains. The proposal made this unforgettable adventure even more extraordinary, turning their first hike into a cherished memory. It’s a moment that set the stage for many more adventures to come, a beautiful beginning to a lifetime of shared experiences.

Nine Years of Growing Together in Love

Over the past nine years together, we’ve come to believe that true love is the kind that helps us grow and become the best versions of ourselves. From college days to writing our theses, juggling part-time jobs, celebrating graduation, navigating our first jobs, and building our careers to where we are today—every joy and challenge has shaped us. Through it all, we’ve learned, grown, and supported one another. As we embark on this new chapter through marriage, we hope the lessons we’ve gathered will only grow stronger, binding us as one—now and forever.
